Bharat Forge Limited is a Pune-based Indian multinational company founded in 1961 by Dr. Nilkanthrao A. Kalyani involved in business of steel forgings, finished machined crankshafts, and front axles assembly and components, automotives, power, oil & gas, construction & mining, locomotive, marine and aerospace industries. Bharat Forge has signed a joint venture with France-based power generation company Alstom for turbines and generators.

It manufactures a range of components for various sectors, including automobiles (across commercial and passenger vehicle), construction, aerospace, oil and gas, locomotives, marine, energy (across renewable and non-renewable sources), mining and general engineering. It has factories at Pune, Satara and Baramati. Its manufacturing facilities are spread across India, Germany, France and Sweden. It operates in Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Chennai.
