Aegis Logistics has storage facilities at Mumbai, Haldia, Pipavav, Kochi and Kandla. The Company is involved in providing logistic solutions for Oil Gas Chemicals and Petrochemical Industries and sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products, and storage and warehousing of products, such as general merchandise warehouses and warehousing of furniture, automobiles, gas and oil, chemicals and textiles. It operates a network of filling plants, distribution points and dealers under the Aegis Puregas brand. Aegis have two business segments include Liquid Terminal Division and Gas Terminal Division. The Liquid Terminal Division undertakes storage and terminaling facility of oil and chemical products and its Gas Terminal Division relates to imports, storage and distribution of petroleum products, such as LPG and propane. It markets LPG packed in cylinders, which are used for domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

History- Aegis Logistics Ltd was incorporated as a private limited company name of “Atul Drug House Ltd” in June 1956. Aegis installed their first plant for the manufacture of for maldehyde Pentaerythritol, fatty alcohols, polyacetal resins and hexamine at Kandla in the year 1962. Aegis Logistics have been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange since 1978.
