The Company has over three prawn and a fish feed manufacturing units in Kovvur, Vemuluru in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, and Pardi in Valsad District, Gujarat, in India. It produces feed catering to the Indian prawn and fish farmers. Its shrimp processing and exports unit is located in Gopalapuram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.Avanti Feeds has a strong technical and marketing tie-up with the THAI UNION Group of Thailand to strengthen its capabilities in the field of aquaculture. The company entered into a technical collaboration with one of the leading shrimp feed manufacturers Pingtai Enterprises Co Taiwan. The plant was set up to produce scientifically formulated and nutritionally balanced water-stable international-quality shrimp feed in India. Avanti Feeds imported one complete set of shrimp feed processing equipment from IDAH Machinery Taipei Japan. The company has two subsidiaries (incorporated in India) named Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited (AFFPL) and Svimsan Exports & Imports Private Limited (SEIPL).

Avanti Feeds also in Wind Mills business. It has installed over four mills of over 3.2 megawatts capacity at Chitradurga, Karnataka. Power generated from wind mills is sold to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited under power purchase agreement.
